Taste Test: Pour Habit

Pour Habit tells us about some of their favourite records.

The best record I stole from my folks' collection was… The best record I ever stole... hmmmm... damn, well I can't even think of one!  But, I am drinking a REKORDerlig while trying to think about the answer to this question.  I did not appreciate what my parents listened to when I was younger... but I did jack a Stevie Wonder album recently, that would be the best

The first record I bought with my own money was… Ice-T - OG.  Don't know why the fuck I bought it, but it ruled.  I remember that day really well.  My parents made me go to this school to keep me from getting in trouble and I hated it.  I remember I ditched and went to Burger King and got a Whopper. Then I went in the store and bought the album.

The record I put on when I'm really miserable is… Can always put on some old school.  Love Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Marvin Gaye.  Or if I am just being a pussy, I will listen to some Lamb Of God or Machine Head or something.  If I want to make myself miserable, I will listen to Pour Habit.

The record I put on when I bring someone home is…Well since it is usually my little daughter I bring home, it will probably be Yo Gabba Gabba.  But I make her listen to metal.  I'm forcing it on her.

The most surprising record in my collection is… I have some Weird Al that I jam to.  Love that guy.

The last thing I bought/downloaded was… Esperanza Gomez.
