Hot Spot: The Brownie Bar

A BROWNIE CAFE IS OPENING IN THE CITY. THIS IS NOT A DRILL. OR A POP-UP.

The Brownie Bar is opening on 22 Sep, following the company's success at Prahran Market (from 2012) and with their first cafe in McKinnon (which opened in early 2013). They've also appeared at the Cake, Bake and Sweets Show, St Kilda Festival, Royal Melbourne Show.

The menu consists of 20 different rotating flavours of brownies (!) including Nutella, Choc Trio, Rainbow Drops, Salted Caramel, Raspberry Swirl, Nutty Walnut, Cookies & Cream, Peanut Butter, and Cheesecake. There will also be brownie desserts — the Deconstructed Lamington, the Brownie Mess and Brownie Skewers. But hold the phone because that's not everything — as well as your regular classic thick shakes they have four flavours of brownie shakes, plus gelato, brownie ice cream sandwiches and brownie sundaes.
