Hot Spot: Ferris Wheel Dining Experience

After completely selling out last year Luna Park will once again play host to the award-winning Ferris Wheel Dining Experience.

The season opens in October and runs until March 2016, giving tempted diners plenty of time to plan their fancy night out. This night will entail a knockout three-course meal that patrons can enjoy from a stunning view in their private carriage. The awe-inspiring view of Sydney Harbour, the city skyline and the Opera House saw the concept named "Best New Innovation In Food And Beverage" by The International Association of Amusement Park And Attraction Awards.

The Ferris Wheel Dining Experience enlists the talented Michael Roper of The Deck to create a menu with an abundance of decadent choices. An entree platter to share will see patrons' plates filled with Sydney rock oysters, fois gras torchon, wild mushroom tartlet and king crab meat. As for mains, choose between barramundi and confit duck maryland. To finish, there's a dessert platter including a chocolate tart with Amaretto semifreddo and berries, and a Cointreau-soaked orange cake.
