Australia’s premier whisky-tasting event, Whisky Live provides two days of tantalising whisky discovery.

With representatives on hand with all the information and tasting samples you could want and an open plan room allowing attendees to wander among the sea of different brands, this truly is a whisky lover’s dream. It’s not just for enthusiasts, however, as the event’s laidback vibe provides a great educational and entertaining experience for anyone with any interest in whisky at all.

There will be a variety in whisky regions, but also flavour and style. Many whiskies on show are from Scotland, but there are also whiskeys/whiskies from the USA, Japan and Australia. Whisky Live aims to have something for everyone among the 100+ whiskies, but for the true buff there may be a whisky on their bucket list at the Rare & Old Bar.

Among the expansive range of whiskies on show, which include long-time favourites and also new names from craft distilleries, are brands like Glen Grant, Balvenie, Bowmore, Laphroaig and Yamazaki, just to name a few.

There is a full buffet included in the entry price, both hot and cold foods to line the stomach and give a range of flavours with which to juxtapose the whisky.
