What dish from your menu would you recommend to BIGSOUND-goers?
Our 36-hour roasted beef brisket is by far our most popular and our very own favourite. Super slow-roasted with our own special blend of secret herbs and spices, then shaved and served on a fresh baguette with lashings of horseradish aioli and swiss cheese, this goes down a treat.

We have an awesome trio board for $10 which is perfect for those who can’t decide on which delectable sandwich to choose, so we made it easy for you: try them all, and behold the flavour!
What kind of drinks do you have, and what would you recommend?
We have drinks of the soft kind in our establishment, but a Charlie’s juice along with one of our meaty offerings are the best tonic for even the hairiest hangover.
What makes your establishment stand out from the rest around the BIGSOUND venues?
We are the only store of our kind in Australia to offer slow-roasted meats on freshly prepared breads as we do. We are based exclusively in Brisbane at the moment but we have had such an awesome response from our customers that we have now opened our second location in Mary St Brisbane and plan to venture out and share our awesome bread and meat further afield.
