Kyle Sandilands and Andrew Bolt will headline a new spoken word festival.

A new festival focusing on spoken word performances is to hit Australia later this year, SPA Confidential can reveal, with homegrown talent Kyle Sandilands and Andrew Bolt leading the line up's first announcement.

A line up leaked to SPA Confidential this afternoon suggests that the shock jock will be taking the headline spot with the controversial political commentator in second billing. It is presumed Sandilands picked up the top spot thanks to his hugely successful comments regarding Lorde and her friend Taylor Swift.

While Sandilands and Bolt are the only names mentioned, the leaked line up also boasts the event will feature the best YouTube commenters in the country and “all your favourites” from the comments section of the major daily news sites.

“It's a segment of the market which is sorely neglected,” our source said. “Sure, you can go to a festival and see any type of music or dancing you like, while fans of one-sided, vitriolic, hateful and often offensive commentary are left in the dust.”

Organisers state their main concern for the festival's viability is the willingness for their biggest supporters to leave their computer screens and interact with real people in the real world.

It is also rumoured that a Facebook competition will be launched in the coming months to allow up and coming trolls and hatemongers the chance to appear alongside some of the best in the industry.
