Featuring a variety of skilled performers from Melbourne's improv training centres, Soothplayers is a completely improvised Shakespeare play that differs each night based on audience suggestions for a title.

The players manage to channel the bawdy, innuendo-loving part of Shakespeare while constructing complex and engaging characters that had the audience roaring. Slip-ups are inevitable, but handled well; the entire show is a continuous expression of amazement from the audience, wondering just how do they do this?
