26 February 2013 | 10:00 am | Dan Condon

This is their biggest run around the country to date by far.

More The Rubens More The Rubens

There's not much we really feel we need to say about The Rubens at this point in time, they have proven themselves to be genuine contenders to take out the title of biggest band in Australia very soon and with a few international engagements set over the next month or so we're sure it won't be long before overseas audiences start to cotton on.

The band this morning announce a mammoth tour that takes in 18 dates through April and May with some seriously impressive support acts like Oh Mercy and US visitors Walk The Moon.

These dates come after the band support Bruce Springsteen in a few weeks' time and follow the news that their self-titled album and My Gun single have both gone gold!
