What's your bar's specialty drink? Our Sicily Sour made with freshly squeezed lemon juice, Aperol and sugar, with Solerno blood orange and maraschino cherries is our delicious twist on an Aperol Sour that is sure to ignite anyone's taste buds.

What drink turns you off? Pina Colada! It may be a classic, but not our type of drink.

What makes your bar different? Being able to eat in one of Sydney's best restaurants, and then move upstairs to party the night away at The Village's cocktail bar, Catch... a dedicated cocktail bar where food is also available, and where strong emphasis is put on premium table service, as opposed to the usual self-serve at bar scenario. Combine this with our amazing and welcoming venue design and The Village entices guests to our venue and gives an experience unlike any other. 

Who will I meet at your bar? Beside our beautiful cocktail waitresses and friendly bar staff, Catch is a regular spot for high profile socialites and sophisticated Sydney-siders. Head of Guest relations Karim Gharbi ensures that all our special guests come to Catch and are given the utmost professional and elegant service Sydney has to offer.

What's the design/atmosphere of your bar? The interior design team of Chloe Matters and Michelle de Saxe have overhauled the multi-tiered space when putting together the venue design and have moved towards greater spatial flow and an altogether more elegant finish that is equal parts fresh and polished. The quality of finish sets the right tone of relaxed refinement to delight guests in an enjoyable and sophisticated experience when they come to Catch.

Who is pouring at your bar and what makes them special? We have carefully selected a team of hospitality professionals from around Sydney who all have years worth of experience behind the bar. Our bar manager Sam Fallows and General Manager Cristy Piccini have opened a number of prestigious venues around Sydney and have now brought their skills and knowledge to Catch. Our bartenders are ready to provide Catch's valued guests with wonderful service and fantastic drinks with flare and personality.

Best hangover cure? Our Bloody Mary share cocktail for four: we have combined ground coriander roots, ginger, chilli, palm sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper, with tomato juice and chilled Reyka vodka. Our take on the classic Bloody Mary is just what you need to cure any hangover.
